Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At ChaHe Mode, we want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted only for size issues or defective/damaged products. Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Non-returnable Items: Custom-stitched or personalized dresses, Innerwear/lingerie included with dresses (for hygiene reasons), Clearance/Sale items

Exchange: Only one-time size exchange is allowed per order, subject to stock availability.

Refunds: We offer store credit only, valid for 6 months. Refunds (bank transfer) are only applicable for damaged products upon request. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
